Together we will explore the areas of your life that you are finding problematic so that you are able to find a positive way forward. I am here to listen and help you gain a deeper understanding and awareness. I will offer you the support and care you need to achieve your full potential.

About me

Providing you with a safe space to talk

I offer a humanistic approach which means that our sessions will be predominantly led by you because you are the expert on yourself and only you know exactly what it is like to be you. We will work at a pace that is comfortable for you as I help you to work through the issues you bring.

What sort of issues can I help you with?

People come to counselling for a myriad of reasons. These can be specific to a particular area of your life or perhaps about a more general sense of unease that everything is not alright in your world. Talking to a counsellor offers you the opportunity to talk freely about whatever is making life difficult for you in a fully supportive and non-judgemental space.

I am here to listen to you and work with you to help you overcome the challenges that are making your life difficult. We will work together to build your understanding and awareness so that you can find a positive way forward.

What to expect when you come to counselling
